KATHLEEN & TIM HARNEY MIDDLE SCHOOL
STUDENT RECOGNITION STORY
Dear, Mr Bernabeu,
I want to thank you because you helped me understand some words I did not understand before. And also for helping me to get my grades up and to do my best in every class. Another reason why I want to thank you is because you helped me with nouns, verbs and adjectives, and with pronouns. Another thing is because every Friday we play Blooket to have fun and to learn ELA and other meanings of words. And also for being fun and a nice teacher that isn't strict and being the only class of mine that doesn’t do much work just mostly writing, reading, and doing work and having a long time till its due.
My favorite memories of you are when you give us free time to have fun and relax sometimes. And telling us to try harder and it's okay if we mess up a word like you don't know the words meaning. Or a definition of a word, or just don't know how to spell it. And you help everyone to understand the meaning of a word because we don’t know the meaning of the word. you help us to pronounce the word on the board or in a book that is very hard for us to understand.
I appreciate you because you're the kindest and nicest and funnest teacher that I've ever had in my life and in school. Also because you let us have fun after we don't have missing work or uncompleted work and have good grades to have free time and to put our heads down on our desk or play on the computers. Another reason why I appreciate you is because every Friday we play Blooket for 20 minutes about what we learned or the last few minutes till class ends and if we get 100 percent or more than 70 or 75 we get C,B, or A for our grade in that class. Lastly you're the most funnest teacher I know in middle school and by helping me speak more better and to write better so people can read my writing and understand what I'm talking or writing about.
Your student,
Valerie
