Ms P came into our lives during a very pivotal moment. MaKenzie was going through a transition of the physical location of Kelso as well as he was going into middle school where he would not have just one teacher and he would now have different period, he would have to navigate through. When the school year first started, he had a different set of teachers and by parent teacher conference we were introduced to Ms P. While we may have not had the best introduction, throughout the school year, she has went above and beyond with her communication and assistance with helping MaKenzie stay on track, being engaged and perform well for the remainder of the school year. I really appreciate her attending to detail, her email communication and her encouragement when it comes to my son and I would like to nominate her.
