Congratulations to
Life-Changing Teaching Award Nominee
JOHN ALBERS
NORTH CENTRAL HIGH SCHOOL

STUDENT RECOGNITION STORY

Mr. Albres is one of the most amazing and knowledgeable teachers I have ever had, especially when it comes to business. He does not just teach from a textbook. He teaches from real experience, strong principles, and a true desire to see his students win. When he talks about business, success, competition, and mindset, you can feel that he truly understands what it takes to succeed. When I was in his class, I remember how much he cared about winning. Not just small wins, but big wins. He always pushed us to think bigger, to act stronger, and to never settle for average. He believed that success is not luck. It is built on discipline, hard work, resilience, and the ability to keep going when things get hard. That mindset stayed with me. What means even more to me is that he believed in me. He saw something in me before I fully saw it in myself. He believed that I have what it takes to become a successful entrepreneur. When someone you respect believes in you, it changes you. It makes you want to work harder. It makes you want to prove that their belief was not wasted. I promised him that I will become a very successful entrepreneur in the future. Not just average successful, but truly successful. I am aiming to build a 7–8 figure business one day. I know it will take time. I know it will take sacrifice. I know there will be failures, stress, and moments where I will want to quit. But I also know that I have grit. I have hustle. I have resilience. And I am willing to do what others will not do. Out of the hundreds of students he has taught, I promised him that I will be one of the top entrepreneurs. I will stand out not because of luck, but because of consistency, discipline, and relentless effort. I will keep learning. I will keep improving. I will keep pushing forward even when it is uncomfortable. This is my shoutout to Mr. Albres. Thank you for believing in me. Thank you for pushing me. Thank you for teaching me that winning is a mindset before it becomes a result. One day, when I reach that 7–8 figure level, I will remember where it started. It started in your class, with your belief, and with the promise I made. And I fully plan to keep that promise.
