Ms. Chan is the best teacher I’ve ever had for math. If it weren't for her, I probably wouldn't like math at all. I love the way Ms. Chan explains things—just like a 5th-grade teacher would. For instance, she’ll give instructions like, "Take out your math books and your multiplication worksheets." Ms. Chan has us practice our multiplication tables so we don't forget them. Once we finish our math textbook assignments, we go to the computers to work on Savvas. In ELA class, she tells us to take out our ELA textbooks and our reading books; sometimes, Ms. Chan even leads us in P.E. For me, the best thing about Ms. Chan is her teaching and explanations.
