Professor Salguero is a kind and caring teacher filled with compassion. She expresses her desire for greatness in all her students. She exudes support inside the classroom and outside, during school hours and after hours, on campus and off campus. She has been the most supportive teacher I have seen yet. The environment and tone that she sets in her classroom is remarkable. Although she is kind, she is strict. And strict just enough that the kids take her seriously. I’m glad she is personable enough to chat with me outside of school regarding my daughter’s well being and future. Although she is only teacher my daughter for third grade, I know she the most influential teacher so far and she will leave an indelible mark on Malia.
