Although Mr.Ashley isn't a teacher, he does a lot for the school. Not only does he take care of the kids in redirection, but he also coaches the kids at our school. Mr. Ashley pushes the kids on his team to the best of their ability, and in redirection he genuinely makes an effort to have the kids have to think of what they did. He is strict keeping an organized classroom, but he's also friendly and funny making him welcoming to all. Mr.Ashley shows kids tough love-his was of making sure they leave Westlane being something.
