BAMMEL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
STUDENT RECOGNITION STORY
I have a story to tell, but it is not in recognition of any teacher that is at Bammel Elementary. This is by far the worst school I have ever put my child in. They are negligent and very unprofessional. No one takes accountability for their actions. I don’t even know all of my students, teacher name, and I have been contacting the counselor since the month before I put him in school. They are now coming to meet in regards to his behavioral issues where he has been reprimanded to the point of suspension. The counselor has been speaking with my son without my permission and has never notified me that she has been speaking with my son. I have called in regards to his issues and let them know that he needs to be in the 503 program. They have been negligent and now are telling me that I can actually work on that as of Tuesday, it is a month away from school ending. How is that going to help? They’re being very unprofessional. I have told them that I am suffering for mental health issues in which I am not able to handle this situation one because they’re very unprofessional and they don’t hold yourself accountable. I’m working to get my son out of that school because it is the worst school that I’ve ever put him in the things that are going on in the school. I have never had an issue with because I’ve always been a proactive parent. They are now wanting me to have a meeting to tell me everything that has been going on since he has been going to the school. What is the point I have told them I don’t want to attend the meeting. I want to designate someone that is professionally and works in a education field so that they can be held accountable and also going to file a grievance against the school I don’t know the easiest way to hold them accountable so that is why I am voicing my opinion here you have no teacher that I would ever honor from the school starting from the principal
