Coach Bardwell is not only a great coach when it comes to soccer, tennis, and flag football but she is a great teacher. I can come to her with any issues that I have and she will always help me. Im excited to see her at practice because shes funny and nice but helps me push and do my best, especially when she makes us run. Xp She helps me know that she cares about me by asking where I was if I wasn't at school or practice, and just asking me at random times if I'm okay just because I'm looking a LITTLE bit upset, she talks to me like its okay to open up to her and tells me its okay when I mess up. As a athlete, confidence is a fragile thing, but Coach Bardwell is always there to help me with my mistakes, tell me that I'm doing great and that I should keeping going. She even helps me when im not on the field. Shes a great coach and a teacher, she also makes me a better person, getting me into volunteering and talking to people that can get me into good colleges. Like one time at a tennis event I spoke to this lady that when to I think it was the University of Illinois for engineering and thats exactly what I want to do but I was to scared to talk to her about maybe recommending me and Bardwell pushed me to go talk to her and Now I have a connection and recommendation to a school ID want to go to. I love Coach Bardwell so much and I hope she wins, she definitely deserves it.
