My teacher is awesome because he makes history feel like a great story instead of just old dates. I get excited to go to his social studies class because he uses fun games and cool videos to show us how people lived a long time ago. He doesn't just talk at us; he makes us feel like we are part of the lesson. I know he cares about me because he always asks how my day is going and really listens to what I say. If I am confused about a map or a hard word, he stays calm and helps me until I understand it. This makes me feel much smarter and more confident when I have to speak up or take a big test. He supports me both in and out of the classroom. In class, he cheers for me when I get a hard answer right. Outside of class, he shows up to our school games and always says "good job" when he sees us in the hallway. He is a great teacher who helps me do my best every single day.
