Mr. Moore is an amazing and wonderful teacher because not only does he care deeply about his students, but he also wants to prepare us for our future and let us be aware of whats going on in the world. When he’s greeting us everyday at the door but insures us that we going to be locked in and have a good day. Also weirdly enough when he wears a specific shirt, a gray shirt with smiley faces, I know that whatever day it is I’m going to learn and expand my knowledge and it’s just going to be fun learning. He constantly has conversations with the class and one on one about how history is important, how it’s impacting our world and how it’s going to be ours one day and how we can change the course of history. He makes sure to recognize us when we’re working hard, help us when we are having a misconception, overall just hope for the best of all the kids he teaches. Him saying that I know what I’m talking about, and saying how if I keep it up I’m going to make it far in life. Not only that but when he gives us work before a test to insure that we have practice and understand what we are going over. Weather he’s cheering me on during a performance, talking to me about misconceptions or what I can do differently so I can become a better thinker and learner, or just walking us through the lesson. Mr. Moore has shown, throughout the years, how much he cares about his job and his students. Therefore I truly believe that he deserves to be recognized and be given the title of an honor teacher.
