I would like to nominate Ms. Lester as an outstanding teacher. My daughter loves being in her class and is always excited to go to school because of the caring and positive environment she creates. She is very attentive, quick to respond to messages, and always addresses any concerns right away. I have two older kids who have gone through Pre-K, and Miss Lester is the first teacher I’ve experienced who truly takes the extra time to communicate with parents—not only by responding, but also by sharing daily pictures and updates of what the kids are doing. That means so much. Sending your little one to Pre-K can be emotional, but seeing her daily activities gives me real peace of mind. She also strongly emphasizes respect among the students—my daughter often tells me how Miss Lester reminds them to respect each other, keep their hands to themselves, and avoid fighting or arguing. Because of this, I feel confident knowing my daughter is safe, respected, and cared for in her classroom. Miss Lester truly goes above and beyond, helping her students feel happy, supported, and confident every day.
