Mr. Gonzalez is an exceptional kindergarten teacher who makes our daughter excited to go to school every day. He creates a warm, joyful classroom where students feel safe, included, and eager to learn. He makes learning fun by teaching the kids songs, telling jokes, and not being afraid to be a little silly, which keeps the students engaged and laughing while they learn. He also enriches the classroom by teaching the students Spanish and sharing about the culture of his home country, Colombia. One of the highlights of the year was when the class even got to do a video call with a classroom of students in Colombia, helping the kids see how connected the world can be. Mr. Gonzalez clearly cares deeply about every child and not only helps them grow academically, but also teaches them kindness, curiosity, and appreciation for others. We are incredibly grateful for the positive impact he has had on our daughter and for the strong foundation he is building for her love of learning.
