This teacher explains things very well. Well, one of the things he does to make me feel excited to come to class is having a nice conversation and sometimes plays music. Another thing he does is let me chew gum in the classroom as well. He let's me know by sometimes helping me personally if I don't understand something or the lesson. For him making me a better student is tell me what am I missing and what do I need to do to get a better grade. He supported me outside and inside the classroom by seeing me in performances.
