Dear Ms Koehler, Dear Ms Koehler, I wanted to let you know that even now in 6th grade, I really miss you. You made my 5th grade experience one of the best years of mine in elementary school. You always made the lessons fun, intriguing, and yet so benefitting. I remember doing the Wax Musemum- I still talk about that oprotunity. I remember the Ruby Bridges event- as it wasn't just about the interview. Having you there supporting me- being so much more then a teacher, means a lot to me. I hope your class isn't too loud like how mine was. I hope you had a good New Year and happy holidays. Thank you SO much for being a brilliant teacher. 🙂 -Daya Bates, 6th Grade, 2026
