What makes Mr.lineweaver awesome is how interactive he is with the students and how he checks up on them as well. How he let me know he cared about me was when he would see me upset and have my head down, he would go to my desk and asked what was wrong and if I needed to talk/ he would give me space as well. This showed me he cares about me and it also showed me that teachers like him should be appreciated more. What Mr.Lineweaver did to make me a better and more confident student was creating a safe enviroment in his classroom, focused on a growth mindset and did not discourage us. He would go around to everyone and asked how we were doing on assignements. He would help us if we fell behind and would not let you feel discouraged. He has supported me outside the classroom by schedueling meetings with me to help me make my essay better. He would tell me what sounds good and what does not sound good. This helped me with my confidence to ask teachers for help because he would encouarge us to schedule meetings with him outside of class.
