He is a younger teacher who connects with the students very well. He knows how to get us to pay attention for just the right amount of time without getting stressed out. Mr. Gump gives lots of breaks and always checks on his students and is always very considerate of what might be going on for us not only at school but in our personal lives as well. He is very good at switching from a teacher to more of a friend when the time is right. I appreciate all of our conversations and just the way he teaches as a whole
