Ms. Ricardo is an awesome teacher because she genuinely cares about her students and puts real effort into helping us succeed. She makes class engaging by explaining things clearly, keeping lessons interesting, and creating an environment where it feels okay to ask questions and make mistakes. She shows that she cares by checking in with students, offering help when we’re struggling, and treating everyone with respect. Ms. Ricardo helps me become a more confident student by encouraging participation, giving helpful feedback, and believing in my abilities even when I doubt myself. She has supported me both inside and outside the classroom by being available for extra help, offering guidance, and always pushing me to do my best.
