My teacher, Ms. Ricardo, is awesome because she always believes in me and pushes me to do my best. She shows that she cares by always checking in on how we’re doing, listening when we have something on our minds, and never making us feel bad for asking questions. She helps me be a better, more confident student by encouraging me to try even when I’m not sure, celebrating my progress, and giving helpful feedback rather than just pointing out what I did wrong. Inside the classroom, she supports me by being patient and making sure I don’t fall behind, and outside the school, she always has kind words and advice that remind me I’m capable of more than I think. Because of her, I actually look forward to going to class and feel proud of the student I’m becoming.
