Mr Trejo has been my number 1 since my freshman year, hes helped me calm down from panic attacks, he welcomed me into his space and i felt overly comfortable, his classroom was always the best place to be. The energy he carries around him and spreads to his students is radiant. Mr Trejo helped me become more flexible in the threatrical arts community, i've done acting, backstage tech, makeup, costume, set design, and props. If I ever needed anyone to talk to I knew I could go to him, if i was feeling sick or mentally unwell he'd make sure I was okay instead. I joined theatre unexperienced and as a senior I am nothing but confident in my work that I put worward in theatre. I love theatre with my whole heart and I will always be thankful for him for helping me get through my highschool career. I went from introverted as a freshman, to overly exroverted as a senior. Mr trejo has never made me feel like I was nothing or I was wasting my time in theatre, he always made me feel like i was home and i see him as my older brother who wants to teach me everything he knows about theatre with me. Hes a huge inspiration to me and i will forever look up to him. I appreciate everything hes ever done for me within his classrom and during performances/rehearsals, I feel so cared for in his class and he spreads that energy to his other students to make sure everyone feels welcome.
