I see how deeply Teacher Gayle cares about her students and prepares each day before class. She creates a supportive environment where students feel confident and valued, and her encouragement and patience make a lasting impact. By arriving early, preparing lessons, and checking in with students who need extra support, she helps them feel confident and excited to learn.
