MR. Gross is a the kind of teacher u never forget. He has taught my son patience, kindness, empathy and so many other things. Jayden hasn't always been kind, or followed the rules. Mr Gross was there with support and knowledge to help him. Jayden does not have a dad at home Mr G, has been such a positive male role model for Jayden. He always made time to ensure that Jayden was supported in any form in all his classes .He does not do it alone Molasky has shown Jayden so much love his way. Jayden is a tough kid he had many issues over the last 3 years. MR.Gross was there everytime. Next year Jayden will not have to be in the autism program. He will go to his school of choice which was always the goal. The success Jayden has made takes a number of supports , but Mr Gross reached Jayden in a way that he needed to even have the opportunity and as a parent im incredibly grateful. He also has prepared Jayden to leave, not dependent on his support all the time. He has taken his time to build confidence in Jaydens ability to just be in a regular classroom. MR Gross, is one off CCSD s finest, and he should be recognized for the lives he is changing daily in his classroom. He does not just support my son like this , he supports all his kiddos in this way. Mr G, is super special. My family will forever be grateful for his time he put in to Jayden.
