The reason why I nominate Mr. Melton is because one of the reasons is that he is a great teacher. I say he is a great teacher because he is a respectful and calm teacher which makes me be able to focus in class and progress higher in my grades. He makes me excited to go to class because he teaches one of my favorite classes ITC which will introduce me to how careers work and specifically how my future job which is a architect will do their job. Mr. Melton lets me know that he cares for me and my class by treating everyone in his class with respect. Mr. Melton gives me confidence and makes me think better of myself because he compliments my work and gives us lessons on mindsets. Mr. Melton has supported me in class by helping me and my classmates with work and lessons we don't know fully yet.
