Coach Webb was the best teacher I've genuinely ever had. He was my first semester health teacher in the 8th grade, and he made a big difference in my life. He taught me about health, but mostly, he taught me about making responsible choices and becoming a better person, allowing me to think of my future and what it could hold based on the person I'd someday be. In Coach Webb’s class, work was always simple, but it was important. He explained health topics in a way that I could find easy to understand. My classmates and I learned about taking care of our bodies, not doing the wrong things, etc. Mostly, though, he helped us start thinking about the future. He talked about how our actions can affect our lives later. Since that class, and because of him, I started trying harder to make good decisions. I knew I wanted to see the best of myself, and he helped me understand that clearly, while motivating me to be the best version of myself. Coach Webb was funny and kind. Even though he could seem a little intimidating at first, he was actually very silly around the class. His jokes made learning more fun and helped us feel comfortable. He always let us joke around with him, and we could talk to him about our lives, and he would just help and listen. He was funny, and joked, but he also could be serious when we did need to get work done, but after we finished we could go back to being fun. Coach Webb is a very wise teacher who gave helpful advice that really did help when I needed it. He motivated me to work hard and stay on the right path. He always told me he believed in me, which helped me feel more confident in myself and what I could someday be. It was always helpful, and I appreciate him for helping me feel that way about myself. Overall, Coach Webb is my favorite teacher because he helped me know the kind of person I wanted to turn out to be. He was kind, funny, and a little intimidating sometimes, but he truly cared about his students. I will always remember the lessons he taught me and the positive impact he had on my life. The motivational words and the kindness he expressed will forever be in my heart, and I someday hope to spread it to others..
