Ms. Yovonie is a great teacher because she checks up on us while we are doing our work and makes sure we understand the lesson. One thing that makes me excited to go to her class is that she lets us work in groups with our friends. Her class is also fun and not very stressful, which makes learning easier. I know she cares about us because she takes time to sit and talk with us about life, school, and anything we might be struggling with. She likes to uplift students and give advice to help us feel better and become more confident. She also helps us become better students by going over notes with us and having us read out loud so we can lose our fear of speaking in front of others. Ms. Yovonie has supported me by giving me a lot of great life advice and having good conversations about almost anything. She is the kind of teacher that anyone could go to and trust with their problems.
