Congratulations to
Life-Changing Teaching Award Nominee
EMILY CHRISTINE RITCHIE
NEIL C TWITCHELL ELEMENTARY
STUDENT RECOGNITION STORY
Ms. Ritchie is awesome because we would do would you rather, brain breaks and random facts about them and show us on a video! We also do arts and crafts like building stuff with marshmallows and sticks, and also the last day at school we did a volcano explosion!
Some things I get excited to go to class about is when I pass around a stuffed animal and say "Goog morning, Name!" only becuase on the first day at school we didn't know thier names! We also saw some tortoises and we got to pet them.
Me an dmy friend do Lexia to help with language, speaking, memorizing and reading! I know she cares aboutme is about her learning small groups and helps us with our tests and pulls small groups to help do better.
They make me do better and become a more confident student because she tells us we work better than usual and be confident about ourselves in the test. She does Rocket Math that helps us multiply for testing at the end of the year. We also do vocab to spell and see for our definition for our spelling test.
They supported me outside because I (Brian Pham) broke my leg and Ms. Ritchie saw and helped out by putting a blanket on me *AKA a jacket* and helped support my let to the truck. SHe didn't come to the hospital so it was fine if she was here.
So that's how it makes Ms. Ritchie awesome, cares about me, makes me a better and more confident student, and how they supported me outside and inside!
