Mr. Dibia is one of the funniest and most understanding teachers I’ve ever had. We catch on to his songs quickly because he makes learning fun, and he always brings great energy into the room. He knows how to make us laugh while still keeping us focused on the music. He makes choir a class we actually look forward to. We love learning new songs, getting hype together, and having moments where we can just enjoy singing. The way he teaches makes the whole room feel alive. He will listen to us. Whether we’re giving ideas for songs, sharing advice, or even venting about something going on in our lives, he makes space for us. You can tell he cares about us as people, not just as students. He cheers us on constantly. Even small things like saying “good job” or encouraging us when we’re unsure make a huge difference. His support helps all of us feel more confident and prouder of our voices. He teaches us real techniques that help us grow, like how to breathe correctly when singing and how to warm up before a performance. He prepares us not just for class, but for any stage we step on. Im glad to have spent these last 2 years of being in the choir and having you as my director.
