My whole school life, I have been someone who hasn't enjoyed reading. That was until my eleventh grade english teacher, Ms.Boyd. The moment Ms. Boyd said, “English has a pattern,” things started to make more sense to me. Just like math, there is a pattern in how English works, just structured without any numerical symbols, and I took that new mindset to heart. She has brought a new mindset to me. She made me understand English in a whole new way, unlike my past teachers had.
