Mrs. Botella is a class educator and hero. She alerts us when Ja'saih is on task, but also off task. We get daily reports on his behavior in or out the class room. She praises him on a few classes he accelerate in. Ja'Saih got into a fight with student a few weeks ago. I asked, on just yesterday, if he was being good in school? No, more fights? He stated, he and Mrs. Botello made a pinky finger promise he will not fight anymore. To me that was huge! To take the time with the students to step outside the box to show the kids the right thing to do, when the parents are not present. My hat off to her, and the entire staff of Reynolds Elementary.
