It is impossible to signify how much she has changed my life and made me the person I am today. Coming out of the pandemic, I was very unsure of myself and what I was capable of. Then I met Ms. Evidente. She pushed me to go past my limits and expand my horizon both academically and socially. She saw potential in me that I did not see myself. She took the raw version of me and through her encouragement and support, shaped me into a confident, capable human being. In all the success I have achieved, she is the one that pushed me to take the first step, to find my voice, and to make a change in the community around me. In just a few years, I became someone that I never would have imagined I could become, and it is all because she saw a diamond in the rough that held value. She is not just an english teacher, she is an incredible human being that lifts those around her. I am very lucky she was my teacher in high school and I will never forget what she has done for me.
