Mr. Duggan is awesome because he really loves to teach, what else can I ask for! I feel motivated and excited to go to class because he is always there to teach and guide us. I know he cares about my class because he comes ready to help us, and like I said before, his attendance is great. I respect him a lot because of his kindness and good attitude. Mr. Duggan makes me a better and more confident student because he shows he cares by asking my class how we are feeling. It makes me feel safe when a teacher wants to make sure students feel okay emotionally. I see how hard he works for the Special Ed department, and honestly, I really admire him; I want to be like him. Mr. Duggan guides me in the classroom by reminding us to go to tutoring if we need help, or to go to him if we have any questions. He also makes sure we follow deadlines so we can be successful. When I am home, I remember his words and try to be a better kid because I want to follow his advice. Thank you, Mr. Derek Duggan, for being such a great teacher and person.
