Your dedication, patience, and unwavering belief in Carson's potential has played a significant role in his growth and success, not only in education but his life in general these last 3 years! Special education requires not only skill and knowledge, but also compassion, resilience, and heart and you embody all of these qualities and more every single day. The way you meet your students where they are, while still encouraging them to push beyond their limits is truly remarkable! Because of your support, Carson has gained confidence, developed new skills, and achieved milestones that once felt out of reach. Your ability to create a safe, structured, and encouraging environment has made all the difference! It’s clear that you don't just teach but you genuinely care about your students.
