As the oldest sibling of three, it was nerve wracking coming into middle school. I did not know what to expect but Sergeant Ricardo made the sixth graders feel comfortable and welcomed to SLA. I got a job that I enjoy, I have gone up in rank as a cadet and have had the opportunity to volunteer with LOTC in different events. I think Sergeant Ricardo is awesome and makes me excited to go to class because he always brings high energy into the classroom and is funny while also showing he cares about his students. He has taken the time to show me how things are done and has helped me become the cadet I am today.
