- Some things that make Ms. Allen awesome is her energy, she has very good energy/good personality and she's always nice to us, she's very respectful and I just love her as a person she's very sweet. - Some things that make me excited to go to her class is it's a very interesting class like you'll learn a lot about life skills and stuff you need to know for the future! And just her presence being there makes me even more excited to be apart of her class everyday. - Ms. Allen let's me know that she cares about me because she always invest time to talk to me, she greets me individually, she cares about my life outside of school, she always check in on me, she's a active listener, and she goes the EXTRA mile for me/other students. -Ms. Allen makes me better and a more confident student by fostering positive relationships, setting high but achievable goals, and she provides constructive feedback in a save environment, she encourage me with a growth mindset. - Ms. Allen has supported me inside the classroom by adapting teacher methods to my student needs, and outside the classroom she has mentor me, gave me life skills and character development, she builds a community with us as her students to understand us better.
