The way Ms Herms is amazing is because she would help me with work that was hard for me to understand in 6th grade and she would be making jokes with us and being more like a friend then a teacher. The way she would let us know that they cared about us is like ask us how we are doing and if we are feeling okay. The things they did to make me feel more confident is not tell me that i failed badly and that I wont be able to get a better grade then what is was but instead telling to work harder and smarter and so next time I don't fail and pass. The way they supported us outside of class was by still being close to us even after moving to Lamar and the way she would help us and be joyful with us and playful.
