Mrs. Vargas is an amazing magnet coordinator, teacher and member of the Cutler Bay community. She has been instrumental in improving community outreach with Coasties volunteers involved with beach, city and park clean ups. Through all the challenges and losing a loved one, Mrs. Vargas always remains positive for her students no matter the circumstances.
