Mr.Wynn is awesome because they don't just make us read from a boring textbook all day. Instead of just talking, we get to do actual experiments and hands-on projects that make the lessons feel like a mystery we’re trying to solve. I actually get excited to go to class because I never know if we’re going to be launching rockets or looking at gross stuff under a microscope. You can tell they really care about us because they always check in to see how our day is going, and they don't get annoyed when we ask a million questions. It makes the classroom feel like a cool place to hang out and learn. They also help me feel way more confident, especially when the science stuff gets confusing. When I’m stuck on a lab report or a tricky formula, they don't just give me the answer; they walk me through it until I finally get that "aha!" moment, which makes me feel pretty smart. They’ve supported me a ton, even coming to see my projects at the science fair or asking how my soccer games went. Having a teacher who actually believes I can be a scientist one day makes me want to work harder and not be afraid to fail.
