We feel incredibly lucky to have Mrs. Pinotti as Madi’s cheer coach especially because she has known and supported her since the 1st grade! What makes Mrs. Pinotti so amazing is the way she believes in Madi not just as a cheerleader, but both on and off the mat. Since 1st grade, she has seen Madi learn, grow, and build confidence, and now as her coach, she continues to help her shine in new ways. She shows how much she cares by remembering just how far Madi has come. She reminds her of her strengths, encourages her when skills feel tough, and celebrates her progress every step of the way. From a little 1st grader to a confident cheerleader heading to middle school, Mrs. Pinotti has been there through it all helping Madi strengthen her skills while also shaping her confidence, resilience, and belief in herself.
