I would like to recognize Ms. Zardes for the consistent care, dedication, and support she has shown both my daughter, Alani, and me. From the very first time I approached her with concerns about Alani’s learning challenges, she was proactive, compassionate, and knowledgeable. She ensured I received all the necessary paperwork and guidance, and she never stopped advocating for Alani, even after her dyslexia diagnosis. Ms. Zardes keeps me informed, provides regular updates, and works closely with me to support not only Alani’s academic needs, but also her behavior and attitude at school. As a single mother, having a teacher who communicates clearly, partners with me, and genuinely cares makes a world of difference. Ms.Zardes goes beyond teaching, she supports the whole child and the family and for that, I am truly grateful.
