Coach C is the dance coach for this school. She is always so poised and approachable. The girls really relate to her and look up to her. She stresses excellence "on and off the field". She encourages the students to do well in school and praises them during award ceremonies like a "proud mom". She believes in making everyone feel included and that each girl plays an integral part in the team. My daughter truly enjoys the dance team and has joined a new community of friends due to Coach C stressing the importance of unity and looking out for each other. She is a bundle of energy and often spends extra money buying gifts for the girls such as matching tote bookbags to carry their dance wear with their names embroidered on the bags. She teaches self-confidence, poise, elegance, and grace. She also made it a rule that you have to attend school on a regular basis in order to march in the parades. This rule encourages the girls to keep up with their attendance and impresses upon them that school is just as important as dance.
