Honoring Ms. Anderson is a true pleasure. On behalf of my daughter, I want to recognize the impact she had on her success. Elementary school may be years behind us, but the role Ms. Anderson played as her 4th‑grade teacher still matters. My daughter reached a point where she was struggling in math and was at risk of failing. Ms. Anderson refused to let that happen. She was firm but supportive, pushing her to build confidence and believe the work was not impossible. She doesn’t make excuses, and she doesn’t let her students make them either, because she truly believes they can grow, overcome challenges, and thrive. I’m grateful for the chance to recognize her here. Watching a new class come under her wing each year is a reminder of what a true difference‑maker looks like.
