Ms. Heiman is truly an extraordinary teacher who goes above and beyond for every child in her classroom. What makes her so special is the way she genuinely believes in her students and never gives up on them. She saw something in my son, Luca, from the very beginning and helped him see it in himself. Her belief in him gave him the confidence to grow, take risks, and become proud of his accomplishments. She makes students excited to come to class by creating a warm, joyful, and engaging environment. Her lessons are meaningful and fun, and she celebrates even the smallest successes. Luca would come home excited to share what he learned, which speaks volumes about the positive energy she brings into her classroom every day. Ms. Heiman shows her care in countless ways. She takes the time to truly know her students, understand their needs, and support them both academically and emotionally. She creates a space where children feel safe, valued, and capable. Luca always felt seen and supported, and that made all the difference in his confidence. She pushes her students to be their very best while still meeting them with patience and kindness. In PK-3, she encouraged Luca to challenge himself, guided him through difficulties, and celebrated his growth. Because of her, he not only improved academically but also became a more confident and independent learner. Her support extends beyond the classroom. She communicates with families, offers encouragement, and works as a true partner in each child’s success. Knowing that Luca had someone so dedicated to his growth both in and out of the classroom gave us such peace of mind.
