My English I teacher, Ms. Cassie Landrew, is awesome because she makes class fun, positive, and meaningful every day. She uses different activities like group discussions and creative writing to keep us engaged, and she explains things clearly so we actually understand. I can tell she cares because she checks in on us, listens to our questions, and never makes us feel bad for not understanding something. She gives helpful feedback that makes me a better writer and more confident sharing my ideas. She supports me in class with extra help when I need it and encourages me to read more and think about my future outside of class. That’s why she deserves to be honored.
