I have been completely smitten by Ms. Novak. She has shown so much love and compassion toward my daughter, I tear up even writing this. She truly has made me feel at ease with any of my concerns. She cares with her whole heart. With all the chaos going on in the world, i trust Ms. Novak to bring joy, praise, her knowledge to my lil one. I totally appreciate this beyond words.
