What makes my teacher Davis amazing is that she tries to explain what she's teaching. I love going to her class because it's fun. Even though other girls don't like her, she's my favorite teacher because when she explains something and I don't understand, she speaks Spanish, so she can explain it to me in Spanish. She made science one of my favorite subjects, even though I don't get very good grades. I try, and with her teacher, my grades are improving. She has shown that she cares about her students in many ways, but once when I arrived in a very upset state and crying, she really cared. Unlike other teachers who just tell you to do your work, she brought me some tissues to dry my tears and let me take my time instead of telling me to explain what was wrong. What I like is that she doesn't ask me to speak English when I talk to other people or tell me I can't speak Spanish. On the contrary, when I talk to my friends about something in Spanish, she even laughs at the silly things. What do we say instead of telling each other to speak in English? She is a very good teacher and she is definitely my favorite teacher. Until yesterday, when she didn't come to school, I was bored in her class, but today, when she did come, I was happy because she came to school.
