This teacher is awesome because of how they interact with their students on an educational and personal level, and how effective their teaching methods are. Things they do to let their students know they care about them are communicating, asking if we understand the topic, and genuinely connecting personally. They make me a better and more confident student by making sure we feel comfortable and are open to our opinions and what is going on in our lives that we feel comfortable sharing.
