Mrs Shafer is really awesome. She's always joking around and making the classroom a really positive environment, and she is always supporting our ideas and helping us when we need it. She always lets me know that she cares about me by asking if i'm ok or if I look upset, and she is always laughing with the rest of us. we get to play a bunch of fun games in the classroom (for example jeopardy) that all go along with our lessons. she gives us homework, but she also makes sure we don't feel too stressed about it, and if we lose our homework she just tells us not to stress. she also lets us have movie days if we earned it, and always lets us have lunch bunches when we are good. she is just a really great teacher and definitely made my fifth grade year the best it could be.
