What makes Chief Tallete a great teacher is how caring he is of all of his students. He helps and guides us to be the best cadets/ students we can be. Some things Chief Tallete does to make me feel ready and excited to go to class is his organized and precise manner and the activities we get to do in his class. Chief Tallete lets us know he cares about us is by giving us that extra push to always keep going. What Chief Tallete does to make me feel confident and better as a student is talking to me, giving me advice and encouraging me to do better as a person and leader. Inside the classroom he has helped me in my placement with drill and lessons whenever I need them. Outside the classroom his advices and encouragement help me think about all the possibilities I have and my goals I can reach.
