She go above and beyond to make sure everyone understands the material and feels included. She make lessons interesting and interactive instead of just lecturing. Whether it’s group activities, real-life examples, or just the way she explain things, she make learning enjoyable. You can tell she actually want us to be there and succeed. • How do they let you know that they care about you? She take the time to check in with us, ask how we’re doing, and listen. If someone is struggling, she does not ignore it, she offer help and encouragement.
