his cool and always try to make us better at playing intruments and dosen't make us do a lot of work he only help us learn and get better at it and we need to do our stuff like practice and the band stuff that band kids do normally. he is not like the other teacher, and I know him since 6 grade. he helps me when I need help with my instrument and lets me know what I need to do and if I don't know what to do he explains to me and everyone of his students . well when I don't know about that only when it comes to practice I can say because I don't get confidence so easy I need days to be confidence about something by helping with practice by telling us what to do in a specific way and helping us understand
