Mr. McCullough is an awesome teacher because he truly listens to us and makes sure we are okay emotionally. He brings out the best in each of us and pushes us to showcase our talents in theatre class, while also advocating for us and making sure we have everything we need for Thespians Club. He makes class exciting with daily warm-ups and affirmations, creating a safe space where we can be ourselves. He shows that he cares by checking on how we are doing not only in his class but in our other academic classes as well. Every day, he motivates us by celebrating our strengths and helping us grow in areas where we need improvement. Inside and outside the classroom, he has made me a more confident actor and student by supporting me at school and community events, helping me prepare for auditions, and encouraging me to stay on top of my grades.
